Acceptance of Terms of Usage

 

These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site and all Versa Printing Inc affiliated websites. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

 

Versa Printing, Inc. reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.

 

You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.

 


 

General

 

All the terms and conditions and/or any transactions occuring online at www.versaprinting.com, www.versaonline.com or  by phone are subject to the laws of the State of Texas.  Versa Printing, Inc. is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.   The tools available on www.versaprinting.com and www.versaonline.com to create document are the property of Versa Printing, Inc. and its affiliated companies.  The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's terms.  The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by STATE OF TEXAS law. 

 


 

Reservations

 

All orders are subject to acceptance by Versa Printing, Inc.. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. We also reserve the right to change the price at any time even after we receive the order if the order specs don't match the artwork specs. Buyer shall be notified of price change prior to producing any order.

 


 

E-mail Communication

 

Versa Printing is not responsible for e-mails that are rejected, redirected, marked as undeliverable or not received due to a customer’s e-mail provider’s spam or filter settings. Versa Printing will not refund, credit, or be held liable for loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of revenue due to a customer’s e-mail provider’s spam or filter settings. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to contact customer service for updated order/job information.  By creating an account or ordering from Versa Printing you are agreeing to receive emails from customer service, Versa Printing Newsletters, and any special offers from Versa Printing. At your discretion, you may choose to Opt out or no longer receive emails regarding Versa Printing Newsletters or special offers from Versa Printing.

 


 

Non-Production Dates:

 

Versa Printing observes the following holidays as non-production days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Non-production days or dates may be added throughout the year. During this time we will be closed and orders will not be processed or printed.

 


 

Hours of Operation

 

We are open Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm CST. Please note our non-production dates.

 


 

Proof Approval

 

Should you (the customer) choose to order a Hard Copy proof or request a PDF proof, the customer must approve the proof via email before the order will be printed. Your project will remain on hold until you send an email to orders@versaprinting.com or to a customer service representative giving us the written consent to proceed with printing. A confirmation email will be sent to you noting your approval. If no confirmation email has been received within 1 hour, please contact customer service. It will not be moved any further in the printing process and will remain on hold until the consent to proceed with printing has been confirmed. In order to avoid delay please approve your proof as soon as possible. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the proof carefully before sending the order to press and to contact customer service within 1 hour after proof approval. Versa Printing is not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors.

 


 

Turnaround

 

Turn-around or production time is the time that it takes for the job to be fully printed, trimmed and boxed to be ready for pick up or shipped. Turn-around time only includes business days. Please review our non-production dates to avoid delays in your print project. Your turn-around/production time does not begin until the order has been processed, (processed includes full payment processing), artwork is uploaded, proof has been reviewed, and the job has been approved for print.. Once your job is approved for print, our pre-press will review your artwork. If we find issues we will contact you for further instructions. If a job is cancelled or removed from production, by either pre-press or by the customer, your job’s turn-around/production time will restart if the deadlines or cut-off times are not met. Please remember that turn-around time DOES NOT include the time it takes for transit.

Cut-off time/Deadlines

Standard turnaround cut-off time – 4:00pm CST: First day of production will be the NEXT Business Day.

Rush Service* cut-off time – 10:00am CST: First day of production will be the same day but the order will not be guaranteed for pick up the same day.)

Turnaround time is based on a Monday-Friday work week.  Versa Printing observed holidays are not accounted for in a normal production week.  Please consider this when placing an order. Contact Customer Service for holiday hours of operation to avoid delays in printing.

Cutoff Times

2-7 business days=Standard Turn- 4:00PM CST     

IF ALLcriteria* is met, First day of production will be the NEXT business day.

Rush Service**- 10:00am CST     

Contact Customer Service for availability for Rush Service.                  

IF ALLcriteria* is met, First day of production will be the SAME business day but not guaranteed for pick up the same say.

*Payment is processed, Order is processed, artwork is uploaded, pre-press approves artwork for printing. Final proof (if any) is approved by the customer. (*Incorrect artwork may delay turnaround time)*

Turnaround time does not include any transit time required for shipping and/or delivering your order.

*Note: Once the order has been processed/submitted, the order may be printed sooner or faster than what has been selected.

 


 

Refunds/Returns

 

Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final and no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) normal operating business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that we processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after 100% receipt of the entire order is returned at the customer’s expense within 5 business days from the actual delivery date. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused/mishandled by the buyer, part of the order was used by the buyer or only a portion of the order is being returned.

 

 


 

Cancellations and Refunds

 

Once the order has been processed, no refunds or changes shall be made or issued. Any and all cancellations or change orders must be made prior to the order being processed, in writing directly to customer service at orders@versaprinting.com.  Any refunds processed shall incur all fees associated with refund. The fees shall be collected directly from the amount to be refunded prior to the refund being issued.

 


 

Credit Card

 

If the Buyer's credit card is declined, Versa Printing, Inc. will not process the Buyer’s order. If the order is shipped and should the Buyer's account become delinquent, Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) on the unpaid balance. If an account goes beyond the payment term's due date, unless specific arrangements are made, future purchases will require advance payment. In the event that Versa Printing, Inc. must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

 


 

Warranty

 

Versa Printing, Inc. neither makes any explicit warranty nor imply or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products that Buyer is buying.  Versa Printing, Inc. may but does not guarantee the replacement of the defective product, or credit the amount of the purchase price. 

 


 

Shipping

 

Shipping terms are F.O.B. 75220.  Versa Printing, Inc. will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer.  The Buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping and handling cost.  Versa Printing, Inc. will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier.

 

Third Party Shipping

 

With the use of a third party shipper whether Versa Printing or the customer. We will not be held responsible for delays due to weather, machinery breakdown, errors, late or damaged packages. Delivery dates are estimates from the carriers and can include additional time for transit due to delays. The customer agrees not to hold Versa Printing liable for any loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of revenue due to a delays or damaged packages. All damaged packages should be refused immediately and reported to the carrier/delivery driver as damaged. Any damaged package/packages signed for will be deemed fully accepted and no refunds, credits, or reprints will be issued. 

 

Will Call

 

Will call hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm CST.

 

After Hours Dock Pick Up or Orders Left Oustside

 

Any and all orders requested or elected to be left outside for pick up or left on the dock for pick up after will call hours, MUST be submitted via e-mail to reception@versaprinting.com All e-mails MUST include: Job(s)/Order(s) number(s), your name, a telephone number and a statement stating that you would like for your order to be left outside or on the dock. Once the e-mail has been received, the e-mail received or response from the customer to an e-mail sent from customer service, will serve as your signature that you have received the job(s)/order(s) and that you fully understand that Versa Printing Inc is no longer responsible for your product or products. Versa Printing Inc will not be held liable for lost, stolen, damaged, missing or shortage of items elected or requested to be left outside or on the dock. Versa Printing Inc will not refund, replace, credit or reprint orders that were elected or requested to be left outside or on the dock for pick up. All e-mails not contained the required information i.e. job/order number (s), your name, a telephone number and your statement, will not be left outside or on the dock. Versa Printing will not refund, credit, or be held liable for loss of profits, loss of use, or loss of revenue due to the improper or wrong required information sent and any jobs or orders not left outside because of missing required information.  

 


 

Limitation of Liability:

 

Versa Printing, Inc. will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations.  Versa Printing, Inc. shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages.  The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Versa Printing, Inc. responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Versa Printing, Inc. and its affiliated company (S) on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.

 


 

United States Currency

 

The Counterfeit Detection Act of 1992, Public Law 102-550, in Section 411 of Title 31 of the Code of Federal Regulations, permits color illustrations of U.S. currency, provided:

  1. The illustration is of a size less than three-fourths or more than one and one-half, in linear dimension, of each part of the item illustrated
  2. The illustration is one-sided and
  3. All negatives, plates, positives, digitized storage medium, graphic files, magnetic medium, optical storage devices, and any other thing used in the making of the illustration that contain an image of the illustration or any part thereof are destroyed and/or deleted or erased after their final use

Title 18, United States Code, Section 504 permits black and white reproductions of currency and other obligations, provided such reproductions meet the size requirement.
